What the contact form collects, why, and what you can ask of us (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, art. 13).
Who processes the data
Ethida, the company that runs this site, is the controller of the data you send through the contact form.
What is collected
Your name, your e-mail address and your message. Nothing else: the site sets no cookies and loads no trackers, fonts or scripts from anyone else.
Why, and on what basis
Only to answer your message and, if you ask us, to discuss work with you before any contract: steps taken at your request before a contract (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, art. 6(1)(b)).
Who receives it
Ethida. On the way, the message passes through our cloud and e-mail providers, who process it only on our behalf. We do not give it to anyone else and we do not use it for advertising.
How long it is kept
As long as the conversation about your request goes on. When it ends without a contract, the message is deleted.
Whether you must give it
No. Without an e-mail address, though, we cannot answer you.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, to correct it or delete it, to restrict its processing, to object to it, and to receive it in a portable form (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, arts. 15–21). Write to us by answering our e-mail. No decision about you is made automatically.
A complaint
You may complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, within six months of learning of a breach and no later than two years after it (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, art. 77; Personal Data Protection Act, art. 38(1)).
